STARYU Overseas Return Policy
To protect your rights and ensure a seamless shopping experience, please read the following return policy carefully:
1. Return Window
You may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery. Returns beyond this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Conditions
Product Condition Requirements:
Products must be unopened and in original packaging (including original labels, seals, etc.), with no signs of use or damage.
All accessories (gifts, manuals, etc.) must be intact and included to ensure resaleability.
Return Reasons:
Non-quality issues (e.g., incorrect size/color, personal preference): Must fully meet the above condition requirements.
Quality issues (e.g., damage, malfunction): Clear photo/video evidence must be provided.
3. Return Process
Contact Customer Service:

Authorization & Verification:
We will review your request within 1-3 business days and email you a return authorization code and shipping address.
Ship the Product:
Securely package the product to prevent damage during transit. Retain the tracking number for reference. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
4. Shipping Costs
Non-quality issues: You are responsible for return shipping costs and any original outbound shipping fees .
Quality issues: Upon verification, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs (proof of payment required).
5. Refund Process
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after product inspection.
The refund amount equals the product’s paid price, excluding original shipping fees (full refund for quality issues).
6. Non-Returnable Items
Promotional/clearance items marked as "non-returnable."
7. Additional Terms
Products failing to meet return conditions may be rejected, or refunds may be reduced to account for value loss and shipping costs.
Customs duties, import taxes, or related fees during returns are your responsibility.
